Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Lightinthebox doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
The location the seller is shipping to (also call the destination country or region).

Paying with Western Union:
We are also happy to accept Western Union payment for most orders. Due to the timeliness and convenience of the payment for us, we offer a 7% discount to the total of your order (shipping included).

How much is shipping?
It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.

Do you charge taxes and duties?
No, Nfljerseysoutlet does not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees.

What carrier do you use to ship international?
Nfljerseysoutlet uses a variety of different carriers for shipping. Small orders will ship by EMS, USPS, UPS or FedEx. wholesale orders will ship by EMS. All orders will use express shipping.

How do I track my shipment?
Checking order status is simple! Simply click on our order status link on top of the Nfljerseysoutlet website. Your will be asked to input your order number. Here you can view your existing orders with Nfljerseysoutlet and real time order status and tracking information.


Taxes, Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
We are able to mark orders as 'Gifts' or put a lower value on the package for customers to avoid paying these fees. Occasionally, your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

The shipping charges you pay to Nfljerseysoutlet.com do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Nfljerseysoutlet.com and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees.


How much tax do I need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

We will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but Nfljerseysoutlet CANNOT give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

Return & Refund

The original shipping and handling fees were not credited back to me on my refund. Why?
The reason for the refund determines whether original shipping & handling fees are also included in the refund. If merchandise is returned because it is defective or because Nfljerseysoutlet shipped the wrong merchandise, then Nfljerseysoutlet will refund the original shipping & handling fees. Otherwise, shipping & handling fees are not refunded, but you will be refunded for the original cost of the merchandise.


How are refunds issued?
If you provide proof of purchase via store receipt or catalog ship-paper, we will issue a full refund in the form of the original method of payment (except Wire Transfer).
When returning merchandise for refund, if you provide the original purchasing credit card, you will receive a credit to that card account.


I paid for an item with a credit card and I've requested a refund. Will my refund be credited directly to my credit card?
If you used a credit card to pay for your original order, then the refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for that order.
If you used a gift card to pay for your original order, then you will receive a gift card in exchange.


Can products be returned back for refund?
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

Return and full refund
Products with quality problem in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refund.
Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products, We will give an full refund.
Original shipping fee and return shipping fee are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging (gift box, velvet pouch, etc.) We are not responsible for items that are damaged during return shipping, so be sure to package them securely (padded envelopes are usually not sufficient without additional padding ex. bubble wrap). We will not accept returns if items arrive in any condition other than the original; we will return such items to you.
